The wool I sell comes from a farm in Wisconsin. Homestead Wool and Gift Farm. Jim and Sandy own the the "Animal Friendly" farm and this is their definition (directly from Sandy) of Animal Friendly.....

The term ‘animal friendly’, in our case means that our animals are safely grazing the rest of their lives away here at our farm, on pastures, never separated from their ‘families’ and friends. They are not eaten, sold, given away or allowed to have babies—unless they arrive here pregnant of course! They are part of our family and our biggest blessing. Their happiness and good care are our utmost concern.

 So I am offering washed gray wool curls with tan tips. I am not sure which sheep this wool came from. I had the card with the name, but somehow lost it. Anyway, it from Sandy's farm, that I know. She is the only one I purchase wool from. This wool is soft, yet strong. As the sheep are allowed to roam around the 25 acre farm on which they live, you may find a tiny bit of VM, but I do try to pick all of it out once I wash it.
These locks are 6 inches long and the curl/crimp is outstanding. Especially for spinning, needle felting, felting, and all sorts of crafting. Perfect for those prim dolls.
