Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail unless USPS Priority Mail is selected. All orders weighing 14 oz. or greater are shipped via Priority Mail.

Refunds & Cancellations
For refunds, please contact One of The Flock within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be given as credit back to the card used at the time of purchase, or as an exchange should an exchange be requested. Refunds will be issued and/or products exchanged when the items are sent back and received by One of The Flock.
In the case that the customer receives the wrong product, One of The Flock will pay return shipping charges. For all other returns, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. All orders that have shipped before receiving a cancellation request will be subject to the refund policies stated above.
One of The Flock ™ retains copyright to all designs purchased from our website. By purchasing our digital and/or physical patterns, you agree to the following Pattern Policy.
1. Sell the finished item/items that YOU hand made from One of The Flock’s digital/physical patterns at: Craft Shows, on Etsy, eBay, and other on line venues.
2. Sell wholesale, finished products hand made by you within limited quantities.
YOU MAY NOT…
1. Resell or share our digital/e-pattern files on line in any manner, unless express written permission is given by One of The Flock ™.
2. Print and/or distribute or sell to any other individual or individuals.
